The first thing you should do is change your diet and your lifestyle. This alone can have a huge effect on how you cope with anxiety, or when a panic attack occurs. Take a step back and look at all the things in your life that are important. These obstacles are probably holding you back.
Just by taking this route you will see a difference in your stress levels. Exercise is another area that individuals use for an outlet. You can get rid of nervous energy, be more focused, and have more calming down throughout the body. This will allow you to sleep, eat, and concentrate better during the day.
Another important part of exercise is that it releases endorphins to help improve your mood. So when you’re having a day like no other, this can give you a sense of well-being while in the middle of a disorganized day. You will also find that your self-confidence levels will improve and help you stay away from a panic attack and overall anxiety.

All it takes is coming across the methods that work to relief your stress, and divert you from developing a panic attack.
